HP has a bunch of AI computer and gaming PC announcements at CES 2025. It announced some of them at AMD’s event this morning and revealed more of them this evening at Nvidia’s CES 2025 keynote talk.
Broadly, the full lineup of HP machines fall into buckets of advanced computer solutions commercial, hybrid systems, HP solutions, consumer and gaming. I’ll be interested to look at these up close to see if I can still hear a lot of fan noise when playing intense 3D games on these lightweight machines.
The company is using Nvidia’s newly announced Nvidia GeForce RTX 5000 Series graphics processing units (GPUs) in the gaming PCs.
HP gaming PCs
For gaming PCs, HP unveiled its Omen 16 Gaming Laptop, the Omen Max 16 Gaming Laptop, the Victus 15 Gaming Laptop, and the Omen 16L Gaming Desktop. It also showed the Omen 45L and Omen 35L gaming desktops.
The Omen Max 16 Gaming Laptop is expected to be available in the coming months on HP.com for a starting price of $2,700. The Omen 16 Gaming Laptop is expected to be available on HP.com in March for a starting price of $1,600. The Omen 16L Gaming Desktop is expected to be available on HP.com in late February for a starting price of $950.
The latest refreshed Victus 15 Gaming Laptop is expected to be available on HP.com in January for a starting price of $1,200. There is no pricing or availability yet for the Omen 45L Gaming Desktop and the Omen 35L Gaming Desktop.
HP gaming monitors
HP also unveiled the Omen 32x Smart Gaming Monitor, which will be available in April for $750.
The Omen 27 G2 Gaming Monitor is expected to be available on HP.com in May for a starting price of $250. The Omen 27q G2 Gaming Monitor is expected to be available on HP.com in April for a
starting price of $300.
The Omen 27qs Gaming Monitor is expected to be available on HP.com in June for a starting price of $450. And the Omen 34c G2 Gaming Monitor is expected to be available on HP.com April for a starting price of $480.
HyperX products
HP’s HyperX division also has a lot of gaming launches.
The HyperX Pulsefire Saga Pro Wireless Gaming Mouse is expected to be available on HP.com in March for a starting price of $120. The HyperX Pulsefire Saga Gaming Mouse is expected to be available on HP.com in March for a starting price of $80. The HyperX Pulsefire Haste 2 S Wireless Gaming Mouse is expected to be available on HP.com in March for a starting price of $150.
The HyperX Pulsefire Haste 2 Pro 4K Wireless Gaming Mouse is expected to be available on HP.com in January for a starting price of $120. And the HyperX Pulsefire Fuse Wireless Gaming Mouse is expected to be available on HP.com
in March for a starting price of $50. And the HyperX Glass Skates is expected to be available on HP.com in January for a starting price of $19.99.
Omen Gaming Hub update
It also released a new Omen AI beta, which is part of the Omen Gaming Hub control center. With Omen AI, you can enable the best performance for the machine in one click without all the hassle. it’s available today.
The gaming hub has a section dubbed My Games, where you can locate and launch Android, local and cloud games faster with the universal game system.
It has performance control where you can adjust auto dynamic response rate, power and thermal settings to match your gameplay style.
It monitors vitals like the monitor, CPU, GPU, and RAM utlizations, and network performance using a real-time dashboard. It has an optimizer to boost your game’s frames per second for smoother and faster gameplay.
It has a light studio to personalize your RGB lighting on your Omen and select third-party gaming devices. It has a network booster and overclocking for Omen PCs.
